Account Deletion
Outfitly account holders can permanently delete their account and associated app data at any time.
Delete from the App
- Sign in to Outfitly.
- Open Profile & Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
Delete Without App Access
If you cannot access the app, email privacy@outfitai.app from the email address linked to your Outfitly account and use the subject line Outfitly Account Deletion Request.
What We Delete
- Your Outfitly account profile and authentication record.
- Your stored outfit analyses and outfit comparisons.
- Your uploaded outfit images stored by Outfitly.
- Your stored usage and subscription records in Outfitly systems.
What May Be Retained
We may retain limited records when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, tax/accounting obligations, or to document a prior subscription transaction handled by the app store.
Processing Time
In-app deletions are processed immediately after confirmation. Email-based deletion requests are typically processed within 7 days after we verify the request.
